The Booking Process

That’s why our process is clear, transparent, and fully supported from start to finish.

Step 1

Enquiry & Consultation

Tell us about your group, your preferred sport, and your goals. Our schools team will create a tailored proposal with sample itinerary, costings, and inclusions.

Step 2

Booking Confirmation

Once approved, we confirm your dates, secure accommodation and fixtures, and issue your booking agreement. Deposits can be staged to fit your school’s payment process.

Step 3

Pre-Tour Planning

We work closely with your group leader on rooming, dietary requirements, and supervision plans. A pre-tour briefing can be arranged.

Step 4

Travel & Support

From airport arrival to the final activity, our on-the-ground tour manager ensures everything runs seamlessly.
You’ll have ongoing with our tour manager in Valencia throughout the tour.

Step 5

Post-Tour Follow-Up

After your return, we provide a tour review and feedback session, helping both ourselves and your school develop and improve while planning future trips.
